We are seeking RNs to collaborate within an interdisciplinary team. Conducting participant assessment, medication management, care planning, family support, and providing staff education. Collaborate with other staff nurses, social services, and programming staff. Report directly to Clinical Director.

We have availability for full time and part time RNs. Must be willing and able to work at both our Acton and Arlington centers.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Current RN license in MA, which must remain current throughout employment
  • Current CPR and First Aid certification, which must remain current throughout employment
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a community nursing position, preferably working with the elderly
  • Computer proficiency required
