Are you passionate about connecting caring professionals to meaningful work? Join our mission-driven team as a Part-Time Recruitment and Onboarding Specialist and help us grow the compassionate workforce that supports older adults and individuals with disabilities in our adult day health program.

What You’ll Do:

The Recruitment and Onboarding Specialist is responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and leading onboarding activities. This role ensures a seamless and positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers while developing and maintaining effective recruitment and onboarding procedures that reflect CESI’s mission, values, and commitment to excellence in care. 

What We’re Looking For:

  • Three (3) or more years in healthcare recruiting; nonprofit recruitment a plus
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Organized, self-motivated, and able to maintain confidential documents
  • Passion for serving aging adults and those with complex care needs
  • Able to commit up to 30 hours a week towards recruiting top candidates
