Cooperative Elder Services, Inc. (CESI) continues to work alongside our state-wide advocacy group, the Massachusetts Adult Day Services Association (MADSA), as MADSA advocates MassHealth officials to ensure that all seniors maintain access to the services they need to age-in-place. The Boston Globe has published an article on recent developments, with MassHealth scheduled to implement its new adult day health regulations beginning November 1st.
