Where Caring For Your Loved One is Our Priority

Here at CESI we have welcomed 2021 with much enthusiasm and optimism for the positive strides made in the fight against COVID-19.  As vaccines are distributed amongst many different groups, CESI continues to advocate for adult day health staff, participants, and caregivers to be included in the early phases of distribution.  We are incredibly grateful for our dedicated staff, as well as our participants and families who continue to trust CESI through these challenging and uncertain times. Thank you for your patience and willingness to adjust as our services pivoted in recent months to incorporate new safety protocols, including a drastically reduced capacity to allow for social distancing in the programs.  With vaccinations comes hope for a return to normal attendance numbers in the near future.

This Fall, losing our lease coupled with the complexities of COVID-19, we were forced to make the difficult decision to close our Concord program. However, we are fortunate to have found a wonderful new location, just a few miles away in Acton.  We have finished construction of the space and are now commencing with the licensure process with the MA Department of Public Health.  We are also seeking donations for some final, large purchases that are needed to complete the build out.

The pandemic has taken a serious financial toll on our nonprofit organization. I encourage you to consider making a donation to CESI. If you have any questions or would like to learn more about how you can support CESI, please contact Executive Director, Erica Johnson at e.johnson@elderdayservices.org or Director of Development and Communications, Vanessa Perini at v.perini@elderdayservices.org
