Community and Caregiver Programs

Where Caring For Your Loved One is Our Priority

In order to increase our community’s access to services that support caregivers and empower seniors and adults with medical or cognitive challenges, CESI operates the following community and caregiver programs.

Support groups are moderated sessions where caregivers and partners can connect to share advice, discuss challenges, and learn of local resources to assist in the process of caring for adults with chronic medical or cognitive challenges, such as Alzheimer’s disease and other dementias.

Arlington Caregiver Support Group
Time – 10:15am-11:30am on the second Thursday of each month

Burlington Caregiver Support Group
Time – 9:30am-10:45am on the third Wednesday of each month

Concord Caregiver Support Group
Time- 10:30am-12:00pm on the fourth Tuesday of each month

Groton Caregiver Support Group
Time – 10:30am-12:00pm on the first Wednesday of each month

Memory Cafés are monthly gatherings where individuals with memory impairment and their family caregivers share in fun and engaging programs at welcoming, accessible locations in your community.

Bedford Memory Café (program flier)
